How big is the dinner menu?
Nine regular dishes, five small and four large plates, plus the weekly menu with three to four changing dishes.
Which dishes are always on the menu?

Where can I get bitterballen in Berlin?
At Nomad on Borsigstraße, as a small plate on the dinner menu: fried balls of beef shoulder cooked for 24 hours, with homemade sambal mayo. They are not on the brunch menu.
What are bitterballen?
Fried balls of thick meat ragout, originally from the Netherlands. Breaded and crisp outside, creamy inside.
What is a Chopped Beef Steak?
A steak of coarsely minced beef, grilled rather than pan-fried. Ours is German heifer, dry-aged for 18 days, with pepper sauce and fries. Only on the dinner menu.
Why do you serve the Chopped Beef Steak on brioche?
The toasted brioche soaks up the juices from the grill and brings a light sweetness to the pepper sauce.

Yes: cavatelli (V), grilled pointed cabbage (VG), daikon Caesar (VG) and pimientos de Padrón (V).
What wines does Nomad serve?
A short list of sparkling, white, rosé, orange and red, mostly from Germany, Austria, France and Italy. You'll find it on this page under “Wine list”.
